About this event

Join us for in-person, ALL DAY workshop at RovoCon New York and put Rovo and AI to work for your team. Get hands-on with guided sessions by Atlassian solutions engineers and senior technical architects, connect and learn with fellow attendees, and walk away with AI solutions you can use now.

UPDATE – Dec 18, 2025: We’ve finalized the date and location and have prepared a preliminary agenda. View the full-day agenda, with session topics and descriptions, on the Agenda section of the event page.

REMINDER: This is to be an ALL DAY and hands-on workshop conducted by Atlassian PMs and CSM team. Please only register if you are planning to attend the whole day and will participate actively in the hands-on exercises of building Rovo agents

What is RovoCon?

RovoCon is a multi-city series of hands-on AI events where Atlassian experts, AI builders, and a growing community of makers come together for a free, full-day experience. Take part in AI agent workshops, hands-on labs, and peer networking designed to help you turn ideas into action.

Who is the intended audience for this event?

This event is designed for developers, builders, and AI practitioners who want to create solutions, automate workflows, and experiment with AI-powered tools—without requiring deep coding experience. Whether you are a beginner who has not yet built a Rovo agent or an experienced practitioner looking to learn new tips and techniques, this workshop is for you.

Are there any prerequisites for attendance?

Attendees should be power users, administrators, or enthusiasts of Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence. Engineering or coding experience is not required; however, participants are expected to be strongly familiar with and have prior hands-on experience using Atlassian products.

What will I need to bring?

You will need to bring a laptop, as participation in hands-on exercises is a required and integral part of the workshop. A sandbox environment will be provided for building Rovo agents; participants must be able to access this environment via a separate URL from their work laptops. Please ensure any corporate security or network restrictions will allow access in advance.

What are the sessions and agenda?

A preliminary agenda for the full day, including session topics and descriptions, is provided below. Please note that sessions and timings may be adjusted as needed.
