This is the mobile app for Accudemia, a cloud-based academic center management system with features that include: student visits tracking, appointment scheduling, feedback collection via surveys, center traffic analysis, and much more! Accudemia is used by hundreds of colleges and universities to manage tutoring centers, advising centers, writing labs, counseling offices, career centers, gyms, disability services, and just about any other student academic center. Accudemia will track and manage both staff and students, automate daily operations, and pull relevant reports. The system supports both in-person and virtual appointments! The mobile app will make some of Accudemia features available on the Apple mobile devices. Specifically: - Students can view, schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments at the academic center. - Students can add pre-appointment notes and submit documents and files related to their appointment. - Students can conduct virtual appointments live via the app. - Students can view appointment and other notifications via the app (e.g. appointment confirmation, appointment reminder, etc.) - Students can fill out appointment-related surveys via the app. - Students can view a record of their past academic center visits in the app. - Students can view their class schedule in the app. - Students can view their messages from center staff and reply to these messages from the app. - Students can access the centers’ social walls from the app. - Tutors/advisors/center staff can also view their appointments on the mobile app, and can also conduct virtual appointments via the app. NOTE: This app makes some of the Accudemia cloud software features available via the mobile app. Your college need to be using Accudemia for you to be able to log in and use this app.

Version History Minor updates to keep the app running smoothly. 2.4.1 11/06/2025 New Resource Reservations Module: Students can now quickly reserve resources in the Accudemia mobile app. Scan a QR code to see availability instantly or search by name. Manage and view your reservations easily. Appointments Page Validation: An informational message now appears when a term is invalid. 2.4.0 09/17/2025 App stability improved and some bugs fixed. 2.3.1 06/24/2025 View and Register for Events: Students can now browse and register for campus events directly from the mobile app, helping them stay engaged and in the loop with what's happening on campus. Upcoming Events Widget: A new widget was developed to quickly view upcoming events right from the dashboard, making it easier for students to stay updated at a glance. 2.3.0 05/08/2025 Single Sign-On (SSO) Authentication: Users can now sign into the app using their institution's SSO credentials, with automatic browser redirection to the app when installed. Performed general maintenance for stability and improving system performance. 2.2.0 04/08/2025 Fixed a compatibility issue caused by the latest iOS update that caused the app to freeze after logging in. 2.1.2 02/28/2025 Resolved an issue that was causing the app to crash during sign-in for some users. 2.1.1 12/19/2024 • Introduced the "Kiosk Mobile Sign-In" feature, enabling users to scan a QR code at the kiosk with their Accudemia mobile app. • Added a feature to the My Visits Page that automatically calculates and displays the total hours based on filtered visits. The total hours will only be shown when a filter is applied. • Added new filters to the user postings section in Book$mart, including "Active," "Inactive," and "Deleted" options. 2.1.0 10/23/2024 New & Improved Support Drop Box Module: Users can now create and view status updates on their tickets directly from the mobile app. QR Code Badge: Upgraded the QR code page to a digital ID card displaying user names and photos. The badge now appears as a popup for easier accessibility. Bug Fixes QR Code Sign-In: Resolved the issue where signing in by scanning a QR code resulted in an empty white screen. Updated Book$mart Listing Fields: Updated "Course" and "Professor" fields to dropdown menus and included option for free text entry.
