Roald Andersen is the founder and CEO of AccessOrange, where he drives the company’s vision, strategy, and innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, he helps organizations harness the power of cloud and AI to transform the way they work. In addition to his role at AccessOrange, Roald serves as a board member of Blockchain Verified, promoting secure and transparent digital solutions. Roald is passionate about mentoring, entrepreneurship, and turning emerging technology into practical business outcomes.

Wee Keong Tan

Director Solutions (Singapore)

Wee Keong Tan is the Solutions Director at AccessOrange Singapore, with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Known for his deep expertise in technical support and solution architecture, Wee Keong plays a pivotal role in delivering reliable, scalable, and customer-focused IT solutions across the region. His hands-on leadership and commitment to operational excellence make him a trusted partner for both clients and colleagues.

Director Global Business Development

Tony Chen serves as the Director of Sales & Operations for Taiwan at AccessOrange. With two decades of experience in the IT industry, Tony brings a strong background in service delivery, project management, and sales leadership. Penny Tsai

Finance & Accounting Manager

Penny Tsai is the Finance & Accounting Manager at AccessOrange, where she oversees global finance and accounting operations. She brings a wealth of experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
