Letter of Endorsement

Please note that regarding the Letter of Endorsement, it needs to show that you are a delegate of an international, national or regional scientific or medical society. This letter should state that you are a representative and delegate of the society and that your participation secures endorsement of the update and revision of the guideline by the society you represent.

The wording should be something like this:

“We (name of society) confirm that (your name) has been appointed as our delegate for the revision and update of the international guideline for the management of hereditary angioedema”

Simply sending e.g. a membership confirmation is not sufficient. We recommend that the letter has a letterhead and is signed by a signatory member of your society.

You may use this template: Form_Delegate_of_Scientific_Society_Guidelines_Angioedema

All declarations of potential or actual conflicts of interest, whether due to a financial or other relationship, must be provided to the Global Allergy and Asthma Excellence Network upon submission of the application.
