Next steps include joining a community’s waitlist until both the timing of a move and the right residence align. At the point where a move is anticipated, a Reservation Agreement is required, and the terms for your individual residence will be fixed. To move into your residence, a Residency Agreement will be required that will specify the Membership Deposit amount and the Monthly Dues for your residence. Both the waitlist deposit and the reservation deposit will be applied to the membership deposit.

Every resident moving to Academy Mapleton Hill pays a Membership Deposit and Monthly Dues that vary based on such factors as square footage, finishes, views and location of the residence. The 25% non-refundable portion of the Membership Deposit is amortized over 25 months.

ACADEMY BELLA VISTA LEVEL OF CARE
Level of Care is determined by the care needs identified from the preliminary health assessment, current mobility, behaviorsupport needs, activities of daily living (ADLs) assistance needs, and care coordination needs. The level of care is reassessed quarterly and as care needs change.
CARE LEVEL ONE $3225
Minor assistance, cuing, and support needed.Resident is ambulatory, minor toileting assistance is needed, and resident needs minimal support with ADLs.
CARE LEVEL TWO $5800
Moderate assistance and greater supportneeded. Resident needs assistance withambulation, toileting, cueing, challenging behaviors, and/or full support with ADLs.
