ones we admire
or the ones we need
Life is full of
wants and greed
plants and seeds
sins and deeds
wherever they lead
perhaps to, sacrificial bleed
fanatical feed
follow, never cede
to reach redemption

Lives are lost
Humanity responds
Thick and fast
Armies disbanded
Wars not around
Nature cured
Food abound
Can we live
Without screams
of poor’s pains
I pray, I dream
