Why ABLEMKR

ABLEMKR connects contractors with craft workers in a variety of trades. The ABLEMKR platform and underlying process ensure success, from day one.

ABLEMKR utilizes multiple recruiting channels to provide highly skilled craft workers, including Project Managers, Site Superintendents, DAS Techs, Low Voltage Techs, Electricians, Framers, Drywall Techs, General Laborers, and more.

Contractors can create and get access to real-time projects via the mobile app or desktop portal, including location, scheduling, and compensation details.

From communication to time tracking, everything runs through the ABLEMKR app.

Self-guide through account creation, contract authorization, and profile setup.

ABLEMKR collects all job details upfront- description, skills required, number of workers, duration, and site-specific needs- ensuring alignment before any work begins.

  • Workers submit time through the ABLEMKR app by Sunday, midnight.
  • Contractors have until Tuesday at noon to approve, reject, or amend timecards.
  • Approved hours are paid every Friday.
  • Invoices sent weekly, Net15 terms for prior week’s approved hours.

Dedicated account manager is assigned for job changes, worker issues, or project extensions.

Unlike fixed rate providers, ABLEMKR enables Contractors to set the rate:

  • Option 1- Set your max hourly budget, we’ll subtract our fees and share the worker rate.
  • Option 2- Set the rate you want the worker to earn. Added ABLEMKR fees are shared transparently, so you know exactly what you’re paying.

     

ABLEMKR app calculates both worker earnings and contractor costs. Transparency- into both worker pay and contractor cost.

  • After a worker logs 1,000 hours, no additional fees to hire them directly.
  • Want to hire a worker before 1,000 hours? A buyout starts at $10,000 and decreases by $1,000 for every 100 hours worked.

In most cases, one incident results in permanent removal from the ABLEMKR platform. Exceptions are rare, and only considered with documented, verifiable circumstances.

  • Recruiting is not one-size-fits-all. Clear, timely feedback helps refine searches quickly.
  • All workers are T4 employees of ABLEMKR, and all are encouraged to treat every opportunity as a potential long-term position. 
  • Occasionally, a worker may try to bypass the process and apply directly. While we appreciate their initiative, this violates agreements on both sides.
  • To avoid confusion, contractors must notify ABLEMKR within 24 hours if a presented candidate has previously applied directly. If not, the worker will be considered sourced from ABLEMKR and standard terms, including applicable fees, will apply.

ABLEMKR never charges contractors to access the ABLEMKR platform, or candidate pool. Review and interview candidates at no cost. Fees begin only once work starts on-site.

All workers are T4 employees, ABLEMKR maintains comprehensive insurance on their behalf:

  • Worksafe Insurance
  • Commercial General Liability Insurance

     

This reduces contractor exposure, and ensures workers on-site are protected.
