This is an older show, The Trailer Park boys, it's very low brow, but it does speak to a certain element.
Their new show is the Drunk and on Drugs Happy Hour. I haven't checked it out yet, I'd imagine it'll be more of the same kind of humour.

This will give you a better idea of the history and some of the acts that are still part of the psyche. Humour is a big part of our lives. Many of the biggest comedians in Hollywood to this day are Canucks, like Seth Green. Here's a list of most of them.
