Not really a lecture, but quite remarkable nonetheless.

You can buy individual talks, or buy the archive for about 150 bucks.

As far as philosophy goes,
these were done pretty well
This is not philosophy, but
theory of literature. Nonetheless, it is very philosophyc, asking questions that we must ask about the way we comunicate, the language we use.
Going further with language (and now on the philosophyc side),
this short talk about Wittgenstein is a must see.
Also there are lectures from the Yale University courses of philosophy. I saw one about Death that was very good introductory course.
