@hingehead,
kept thinking that Osmyo was familiar, i was sure i had a Mixmag magazine mix, but i was wrong, this is what i have
pretty interesting fellow in his own right
Work With Simon Pegg & Edgar Wright
Osymyso provided a track called "Spaced Jam" for the 2004 reissue of the complete Spaced TV series, which samples of dialogue from the show over a dance beat. He also produced the soundtrack album for the pair's 2004 film Shaun of the Dead, and was responsible for a track on the 2007 soundtrack to Hot Fuzz. Osymyso is also providing seven "trailer remixes" for Edgar Wright's upcoming movie Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, the first of which was released on July 14th on EmpireOnline.com
Pegg also contributed percussion parts for the 05ymy50 project.
@hingehead,
Stevie's smooth-jazz side; unlike anything else he ever did.
I've been looking for this tune for 20 years...lol
Deborah Berg! Love her voice.
Immaculate production from Gary Katz of Steely Dan fame.
2002's 'Concert For George' hosted by Clapton is streaming for free today, actually for the next 11 hours:
http://concertforgeorge.com/
"A two-disc Blu-Ray (the complete concert and theatrical version plus extras including an exclusive Blu-Ray extra) and a Digital Download of the concert will be released on March 22nd. The film was directed by David Leland and produced by Ray Cooper, Olivia Harrison and Jon Kamen. All profits from the Blu-Ray and Digital Download will go to The Material World Charitable Foundation, founded by George in 1973."
@panzade,
Her phrasing makes her sound Swedish to me - and Berg is a good Scandinavian name...
@JPB,
Jesus, that film makes me cry every time. I'm such a mook.
contributing a suggestion from mumpad,

@Swimpy,

"Olivia said that with Dhani up on stage, it looks like George stayed young and we all got old" - Paul McCartney
@dadpad,
You and mum have only just discovered Mother Goose and Graham Bond?
A very tasteful discovery to sign off with before sleep
I love this band - a blissful mix of Mogwai, And You Will Know Us By the Trail Of Dead, 65DaysOfStatic and Explosions In The Sky. And they are Australian and release their stuff for free and legal download. This is brilliant Prog.
This is kind of cool too - Greek stoner/doom metal (not as bad as it sounds) - kind of like the chunky instrumental bits of early Black Sabbath, but less plodding and more intelligent.
Something strange - having a hard time finding out anything about this/these guy(s)
@hingehead,
Oh, he's a Polish 'maximalist' -

A previously unlistened to track from Mogwai, kings of post rock instrumentals that don't get boring or degenerate into cacophony
I heard this for the first time tonight - I thought straight away it's late 70s no wave, maybe mid 80s indie obscuro. Have a listen and tell me when it sounds like to you....
Wow, some Malaysians have travelled to Berlin to meet Moebius and Plank. Really nice ambient electronic
this song is a by the brother of Anthony Cumia of Opie & Anthony radio fame, Anthony got his job on the show after Anthony and his brother's band won a song parody contest on Opie's solo show, Joe went on to have a very successful career with his U2 cover band 2U, this tune is the sort of thing he does in his spare time, his vision of James Taylor doing DMX's PartyUp
Warning Probably NSFW
