We welcome all of our Kindergarten Students & Young Fives (DOB 5/1-12/1/2021) students for the 2026-27 school year to join us for Kindergarten Round-Up on February 11th @ 6:00 P.M. Please bring your incoming child with you.

More students are coming to school with complex medical needs, which require support to keep them safe and thriving while at school. Additionally, the need for mental health support has increased over the years. As student advocates, there is also a need to support the families of students with complex needs, and the school nurse can often be a resource to help navigate the health care system and school.

Emily Hu

They come from different high schools and pursue different passions, but Emily Hu and Daniel Zhou share a distinction that places them among the most distinguished students in the country. The two AAPS seniors have been named semifinalists in the 2026 U.S. Presidential Scholars Program, joining a select group of 627 students chosen from more than 6,500 candidates expected to graduate from U.S. high schools this year.

A home at 5172 Pratt Road nearly complete that was built by the homebuilding program

As we near the end of the school year, the Ann Arbor Student Building Industry Program recently celebrated this year’s home at the program’s annual banquet.

Thanks to the hard work of 29 students supported by local builders, contractors and related industry professionals, they are nearing completion on a 3,600 square foot luxury residence at 5172 Pratt Road.
