ABB REX Connectivity Package 2.2

ABB REX Connectivity Package is a device support add-on from ABB Oy, Distribution Automation. It enables ABB engineering tools—such as Protection and Control IED Manager (PCM600)—to communicate with and configure ABB REX series protection and control devices used in distribution and substation applications.

The package installs device-specific libraries, data models, parameter views, and signal lists needed for efficient engineering, commissioning, and lifecycle maintenance. With it, users can read and write settings, manage configurations, retrieve events and disturbance records, and perform basic diagnostics within a unified workflow. This streamlines setup, improves data consistency, and helps ensure smooth integration of REX devices into automation systems.
