We stand behind the quality of our extensions and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any discrepancies between the product description or demo and your actual experience, we are happy to offer a refund only after you have engaged with our support team and given us a chance to resolve your issue.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. If you don’t allow support team to check issue. Then your refund request will be void

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only if all of the following criteria are met:

  • You have contacted our support team and cooperated with us to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem.
  • It is confirmed that the product has a legitimate coding or functional defect that cannot be fixed.
  • The product does not work with Joomla as advertised, and support efforts have failed.
  • You have provided clear proof (screenshots, error messages, etc.) of the issue.
  • The problem is not due to your server environment, third-party conflicts, or failure to follow installation and usage guidelines.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

  • Server environment incompatibility or refusal to update required PHP/MySQL versions.
  • Change of mind or no longer wanting to use the product.
  • Product not suiting your specific needs (please review demos carefully before purchase).
  • Conflicts caused by other third-party software, plugins, themes, or extensions on your site.
  • Accidental purchase where the product has already been downloaded or accessed.
  • Failure to contact or cooperate with our support team.
  • Inability to provide proof of the reported issue.
  • Failure to enable required services (e.g., Google billing for Google API-based products) or follow provided tutorials.
  • Neglecting to maintain or update the extension as needed.
  • Any issue caused by user error or environment, not the product itself.

Bundle Purchases

Refunds are not provided for bundle purchases or add-ons within bundles. When purchasing bundles, it is assumed you have reviewed and accepted the terms of all included items.
