Leading the Way

Silicon Valley Healthy Aging Partnership (SVHAP)

The Silicon Valley Healthy Aging Partnership (SVHAP) was established in 2011 with a clear mission to create and foster strategic partnerships among community organizations in widespread availability of evidence-based health promotion programs (EBPs) for older adults throughout Santa Clara County. Since its inception, SVHAP has played a pivotal role in developing a robust framework to implement these programs.

Through collaboration with a diverse network of organizations, senior centers, and service providers, SVHAP works to engage and serve ethnic communities, ensuring they have access to high-quality programs that promote health, wellness, and overall wellbeing for older adults in our communities.
