Food Manager Reviews
4.9
Learned food management way easier with “AAA”s course. The “Learn Food Manager” platform is super clear and AAA’s visual method made topics like temp control, cross-contamination, and HACCP click instantly.I understood more in this course than i did before.Highly recommend for anyone doing food handler/Manager training.
Very thorough training process
I think that the test should be broken up into 4 mini tests or we test as we go. It’s too much to try and remember.
Everything is narrated by a robot voice and it is very distracting [for me] to pay attention. It is almost entirely audio, which may be difficult for some – myself being in that group. I do wish there was more to read, even if it was simply text to accompany the narration.
Very informative!
GREAT COURSE THANKS!
Accurate and on point.
this knowledge is very important to me
Videos worked well, and information provided was great!
This is a very interesting and knowledgeable course. I have learned that it doesn’t matter how clean your kitchen is, that it still needs to be sanitized also. Every step you take to confirm everything is clean and properly handled and stored, is a step in the right direction. Everything has it’s right place in kitchen. Cleanliness, sanitization, food handling all go hand in hand. Great course!
Good course
Thorough, easy-to-navigate and self-paced courses. Loved it!
The review questions after each session were helpful and reinforced the material covered. The course contained useful information, but the presentation felt somewhat disorganized. It was often difficult to determine which points were most important because of unrelated side information. Additionally, some sections emphasized that you need to do certain things to comply with food safety requirements, but did not clearly explain how to do them. Better organization and more practical, step-by-step guidance would make the course much more effective.
One feature I found inconvenient was that I could not go back and review part of a video until after I watched the entire section. Allowing learners to rewind and revisit content more freely would make it easier to review important concepts at their own pace.
I learned a lot of new things from the course, and moving foward, I need to pass this knowledge on so we can deliver better results and avoid any issues, it was truly valuable !
I was taking the full course because my Serve Safe Certificate expired.
overall a very informative course of proper length
easy to follow course
I think this was a very detail-oriented course. Great knowledge!
