Dinner with the Barnes'

When: Backdated to Wish Week Thursday
Where: Apartment 3208 Barnes central
Summary: The Barnes family dinner
Rating: PG
Warnings: Cuteness, horrible, awful cuteness

"Hun, could you get that roast of out of the oven for me?" She was elbow deep in a bowl mashing potatoes to get the lumps out of them completely. Bucky was shooed out of the kitchen earlier, under strict orders he was to relax unless she needed him. Well she needed him now, that roast would need to cool before it could be carved, letting it cool covered would retain all the juices. Just like a good roast should.

She glanced up at the clock, the kids should be arriving shortly, at least Yukina said she would be there and Timothy of course. He'd make a face as soon as he saw the carrots and onions that were soaking up the juices in the bottom of the roast pan. Timothy never did care for his vegetables. But she knew his eyes would shine for a slice of chocolate cake after dinner.

It was going to be nice having everyone together for a change.

SUMMARY: Feeling devastated at the loss of a fellow teammate, Timothy spends his day training around the levels of the facility, attempting to get his mind off of things.

NOTE(S): For the canon swap Timothy has be moved into the marvel verse as the Nomad. His new history can be located h e r e along with his new attire (rough draft) h e r e which he is only wearing bits current of to prevent giving away his alias. His hairstyle has changed and looks like t h i s. Long story short: he works alongside the Captain America of his time as his protege (bucky barnes) while remaining companions with the Young Avengers recruited via the fail safe through thick and thin.

Summary: Mindy was granted all the powers that the ninja Naruto has for her wish. She was not, however, warned about just how hard it was to control the creature residing inside her, and one emotional slip later, Kyuubi the nine-tailed fox has started taking control. This is a log for the fight between it and the people trying to seal it and bring it under control, all while trying to make sure that a young girl isn't killed in the cross-fire.
