(I dislike swan songs myself, so please bear with me.)
Starting in January of next year, I will stepping down from making stock icon bases. There will probably be at least three or four more sets before then.
This decision was made for three reasons:
1. Priorities and interests change.
2. My heart simply isn't in it as it once was.
3. This will be one less thing on my plate and will give me a little more free time.
Not to say that I may never make bases again? I just wouldn't count on it for the foreseeable future.
I will continue to make (original) KR bases. However, I suggest joining  knight_icons to see them. (If that community is ever deleted, I will post them here.)
This journal will probably remain up as long as LJ exists, but I can't promise that the stock bases will always show up, seeing as they're stored on Scrapbook. Should I do decide to delete this journal somewhere down the road, I'll give a warning in advance.
Finally, I want to say thanks to those who have ever friended this journal, listed it as a resource, credited me, or has ever left feedback, be it positive or more critical.
Thank you for the wonderful comments and encouragement over the past few years. You all are what made this hobby worthwhile. :)
