Based on the work and advice of Dr. Andrew Weil, M.D. the '478 Breath' app provides sound and visual feedback from your iPod or iPhone as you practice the three stages of this breathing technique. A single tap starts your training session which can be configured to run for 4 or 8 repetitions with or without 1 second tick sounds turned on.
Requires iOS 7.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
