The problem we solve
Nonprofit web design in the Central Valley should reflect the mission behind it. Too often, it doesn't
A poorly built site loses donor trust before the first page loads. Volunteers search for a way to get involved and hit a dead end. The board loves the design but it hasn’t brought in a single new supporter in two years. We’ve built websites for chambers of commerce, education foundations, environmental organizations, animal welfare groups, and community nonprofits throughout the region. Every project starts with understanding your mission — not a template — so the final site genuinely reflects who you are and what you stand for.
What sets us apart
We've worked with mission-driven organizations. We know what you actually need
Nonprofits across the Central Valley do some of the most important work in our communities — and a website that doesn’t pull its weight makes that work harder. We build sites that earn trust, move people to act, and hold up long after launch day.
Your story, structured to connect
Your mission, your history, your impact — all of it matters. We make sure it’s presented in a way that resonates with the people you most need to reach: donors ready to give, volunteers ready to show up, and community members looking for support.
A site that keeps working after launch
Your team should be able to update events, post news, add staff, and make changes without needing to call anyone. We build every site so the people running your organization can actually run the site too.
Built on real experience with real organizations
We’ve built sites for chambers of commerce, education foundations, environmental organizations, and community nonprofits across the region — and that experience shapes every decision we make.
What We Build In
Features Built for How Nonprofits Actually Work
Every nonprofit has different needs. Here’s what we can build into your site depending on how your organization operates and what your supporters need.
Online Donations
Secure one-time and recurring donation options with customizable giving levels. We integrate with Stripe, PayPal, and nonprofit-specific platforms like Donorbox — making it as easy as possible for supporters to give.
Membership Programs
Create tiered memberships with exclusive content, benefits, and access for your most dedicated supporters — building a sustainable revenue stream alongside donations.
Shop to Support
Sell branded merchandise or mission-related products to fund your work. A simple online store gives supporters another way to contribute while building visibility for your cause.
Newsletter Sign-Up
Promote fundraisers, awareness campaigns, and community events with built-in RSVP and ticketing. Keep supporters engaged and make every event easy to find and attend.
Event Calendars & Registration
Keep your community engaged with regular updates about your work, upcoming events, and success stories. Build the connection that turns one-time donors into long-term supporters.
News, Blog & Updates
Fresh content keeps your community informed and strengthens your Google rankings for cause-related searches in Fresno, Visalia, and across the Valley.
Adoption Listings for animal causes
For animal rescue organizations — searchable, filterable pet profiles that make it easy for potential adopters to find and connect with animals in your care.
Impact Reports
Show donors exactly where their money goes. Impact dashboards, annual report pages, and success story sections build the trust that turns one-time donors into long-term supporters.
Social Media Integration
Automatically pull content from your social platforms and display it directly on your site — keeping things fresh without adding to your team’s workload.
The basics, done right
Everything a nonprofit site needs to work
From the donate button to the contact page, every piece of your site has a job to do. We make sure nothing is missing, nothing is overlooked, and nothing goes live until it’s ready.
A clear donate button
Visible above the fold so supporters never have to search for it
Faces behind the organization
Leadership, staff, or founder story that builds immediate trust
501(c)(3) status displayed
Donors look for this — it confirms their contribution is tax-deductible. If it’s not visible, some won’t give.
Mobile-first design
Most donors and volunteers will find you on their phone first
An impact numbers section
Meals served, families housed, students helped — real numbers that show donors their contribution is doing something in the world.
A volunteer sign-up flow
Simple, mobile-friendly, and connected to your team
Program pages that show impact
Not just what you do — what changes because of it
Testimonials and social proof
From those you’ve served, your donors, or your partners
Social media feed integrated
Your latest posts, events, and updates pulled directly into your site — keeping it fresh without extra work from your team.
Newsletter sign-up
We connect your existing email platform or CRM directly into your site — Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or whatever you already use.
Before you hire anyone
Three questions every nonprofit should ask a web designer
Most vendors can show you a pretty portfolio. Not all of them understand the mechanics of a nonprofit site.
"Have you built sites where donations and volunteer sign-ups are the primary goal?"
A designer who mostly builds restaurant or retail sites may not have the same instincts for conversion-focused nonprofit work. Ask to see relevant examples.
"Will this site actually bring in more donors?"
Design and results should never be a tradeoff. Ask how they make sure the site looks credible AND moves visitors to give, volunteer, or reach out — because one without the other isn’t enough.
How do you approach accessibility?
Nonprofits serve everyone — including people with disabilities. A site that isn’t accessible isn’t just a missed opportunity, it can also create legal exposure. Ask if accessibility is part of the build or an afterthought.

How it works
A website built on guesswork costs everyone time. Here's how we make sure that doesn't happen
Most nonprofit sites are delivered in 2–4 weeks. Larger projects with multiple program pages, bilingual content, or event systems run 4–6 weeks. Content is provided by you — we structure and present it, not write it from scratch — so the final site genuinely reflects your voice.
Discovery & Kickoff
We start by understanding your organization — your goals, your community, your supporters, and what your current site is failing to do for them. This shapes every decision that follows.
Creative Inspiration Board
We pull visual references that match your organization’s tone and mission. You pick a direction — no guessing, no back-and-forth about style.
Design in Figma
You review a working prototype before a single line of code is written. What you see is what you get — and we give honest input when something would hurt the site.
Development in WordPress
Built on WordPress with Divi — the most widely supported, nonprofit-friendly platform on the market. No proprietary lock-in.
Quality checked across the most common devices before launch
We test on the screen sizes your donors and volunteers actually use. Then we submit to Google and walk your team through managing the site.
Launch & Beyond
At Loops Marketing, we’re known for staying in the picture — ongoing maintenance, updates, and support long after launch day.
Power Up Your Online Presence
Everything your nonprofit needs to grow online
Your website is the foundation — but the organizations that make the biggest impact don’t stop there. SEO puts you in front of people already searching for your cause. Photography and video show donors the real faces behind your mission. Branding makes sure everything looks consistent and credible across every touchpoint. We handle all of it — so you’re not juggling five different vendors to get your organization where it needs to be.
SEO & Google Ranking
Get your organization in front of people already searching for your cause, your programs, or your services. We build the local search foundation that keeps you visible month after month.
Brand Identity & Strategy
Your brand is more than a logo — it’s how donors, volunteers, and the community recognize and trust you. We help you define what your organization stands for and make it consistent everywhere.
Graphic Design
Logos, brochures, flyers, signage, grant presentation materials — everything designed to look professional and on-brand, whether it’s seen online or in person.
Professional Video & Photography
Real photos and video of your team, your programs, and the people you serve — no stock images, no AI-generated visuals. Content that builds the trust no template can replicate.
Social Media Marketing
From content creation to community management — we help your organization stay visible, stay connected, and turn followers into donors and volunteers.
Digital Marketing & Paid Ads
Google Ad Grants give qualifying nonprofits up to $10,000 a month in free Google Ads. We help you qualify, set up, and manage the campaigns so that budget actually brings results.
