The aromas, the sounds, and the tastes all combine to create a uniquely enchanting experience that will nourish and enrapture both the body and the soul.

Our distinctive blend of organic food and culinary expertise extends to every item we serve, including those from the bar. Organic spirits include one-of-a-kind creations, such as the Terra cocktail made with crop organic cucumber vodka. We use only organic flours, grains, sweeteners, vegetables, cheeses, and meats to create our delectable dishes, all of which are soulful and satisfying.

Our nightly entertainment features talented local musicians who, collectively, offer an eclectic range of musical genres, including classical, jazz, folk, new age, ethnic, light pop, and the uncategorizable. The Aeolian is not a nightclub or discotheque and music is carefully selected to compliment, but not disturb, one’s dining experience. Occasionally, the Aeolian will feature internationally-celebrated musicians. More often than not, a celebrity who drops in unannounced to simply enjoy a special evening may be coaxed to take the stage and perform. In the past, such celebrities have included Tony Bennett, Stanley Jordan, Joni Mitchel, Kenny Burrell, James Taylor, Paul Simon, Valentina Lisitsa, Yohoda Kitami, and many others.
