With merely two words, he unites and empowers the entire current generation!

My Top Life Hacks! DIYs, boosting your smartphone memory and organizing your social media

I am by no means a wise person but occasionally even idiots have something worthwhile to share so here’s my list of 6 helpful hacks that cost you nothing but help you lots:
1. Do you find yourself always short on small jewellery or accessory boxes for your little knickknacks? Just DIY or origami it! Origami is the Japanese art of folding paper into decorative or functional items. I personally make a lot of small origami boxes for my paper clips or USBs. Here are the most helpful instructions online that I have used: Origami Box with Lid

I have also made other kinds of boxes for various things that I found at this website: Origami Box Database. Origami or DIY is not a girly thing thing, it is perfectly functional, diverse and can help you save a lot of money at your local store. The options are endless so explore DIY alternatives to things you need.

2. If the box seems like too much effort for you, I know a DIY for a poster tube that only requires a stomach, a love for junk food, some hand soap and water – and it looks like this:

Scrabble-icious! Man vs. Computer

Ever find yourself suddenly remembering a classic game from your childhood and wanting to play it immediately? I felt like that about Scrabble recently but I sadly realized I had no friends to play it with. So I downloaded the app on my phone which allows you to play against the computer. I was thrilled to play the game again… Except I have no idea how I managed to play it when I was younger since all I can come up with are PG-15 words. Needless to say, I was having quite some fun.

I started off childish:

But that didn’t last long:

I got a bit risqué: Continue reading

A random list of funny things! #1

I have been a bit busy lately (*cough* travelling and having fun) and neglecting my blog lately but I am back to compensate with some laughs. Here is a list of funny things I have found in my phone’s photo gallery:

1. Found this in Edinburgh a few days ago and this truly proves you are in Scotland xD

2. I also found this excellent example of effective marketing in Edinburgh :”)

3. While I was in Edinburgh, my friend was holidaying in Venice and had something funny to share as well. She bought a calendar of hot priests officially released by the Catholic Church, they are sinfully attractive xD

The Liebster Award!

I am so excited to say that I have been nominated for the Liebster Award by Trina (itsgoodtobecrazysometimes). It is my first ever award nomination and I am over the moon about it – which human does not like some good old validation? But seriously, a really big thank you and hug to Trina. Do check her out, she is a very funny and kind person and her positivity regardless of what life throws her way is inspiring. My favorite posts of hers are the parenting moments she shares, they will always leave you smiling and make your day. Here are a couple of my favorites:

You Can’t Beat Those Moments
Make Me Feel Better

The rules:
1. Write a blog post about your nomination, displaying an image of the award.
2. Thank the person who nominated you and include a link to their blog.
3. Answer the 11 questions that the person who nominated you asked you in his/her blog post.
4. Nominate 5 to 11 other new bloggers who you think deserve this award and come up with 11 questions of your own for them to answer.
5. List these rules in your blog post.

Now onto the questions Trina asked me:

1. What film or TV programme sums up your life today?

Please do not judge me but I feel like the main lead Tanaka in the Japanese anime Tanaka-kun is Always Listless. All I have done today is lie in bed, eat Domino’s and watch TV and you can see the likeness to the character’s description below:

A listless student who is always dozing and acts exhausted when awake. He can sleep in almost any location, but prefers to be outside when he does so. His uncaring, sleepy nature forces Ohta (a fellow classmate) to carry him to and from multiple locations quite often.

2. What do you  have to take with you when leaving the house? Continue reading

I am the Queen of Controversy

Or maybe that is a slight exaggeration. I don’t want to be too cocky by saying that or else Donald Trump might sue me for trying to steal his title. I am just referring to a much smaller ripple than the ones he creates – my 9gag account.

People usually accidently let out farts, I seem to unintentionally cause controversy when all I am doing is trying to be funny or sharing the creations of my procrastination.
