Can you just imagine the details the sculptures put into each of these gargoyles and other decorations on this building? I have always been told that gargoyles are put there to keep the demons out, but seems rather odd to me so probably isn’t true! 😀 love the picture though….

Are they welcoming or protecting” Probably both, I suppose.
