Designed by leading health experts at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, the 1-Check app features an easy to use interface developed using CDC guidelines. 1-Check was developed to aid in the reentry process by allowing users to answer a series of questions that result in a simple, easy to interpret recommendation based on user-reported answers related to COVID-19 symptoms, recent travel, medical conditions, and exposure. This app provides an assessment of your risk for COVID-19 infection based on the latest guidance from the CDC and clinicians at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
