Great to see the song doing well. It's a shame pop and rag dominate so much that rock bands don't get mega views anymore but EV's new music is getting more interest than new music from the likes of Foo Fighters, Nickelback, U2 and Springsteen. I know it's not a competition but it's great to see the EV has with a large hardcore following despite the long breaks between albums and maybe Linkin Park coming back so strong has helped the whole 00's music hype train come back.

I think we may get one more single before the album drops but maybe not a music video for it. At some it can't be cost effective to keep making expensive MV's when streaming/viewing pays very little.
As for the next single, I've heard that it could be Beautiful Lie, which sounds like it could be about Trump. Forever Without You, which it seems will be the song on the album that sounds different to the rest, and has Skylar Grey involved, or maybe Self Destruct which sounds fantastic on the small clips released.
Anyway, very exciting times.

I'm so up for angry Amy on this album. I was one of the few who thought UMV was one of the best tracks on TBT. I could never understand the outcry about it being political or even worse "cringy". Everything Amy had to say in that song has come true ten fold.

Do we think we will get another single before the album release? Any news on the music video for WWYF? This might be strange but I hope we don’t get a singe until after it comes out.

Already seeing so much whining on the socials about Sanctuary being a "political" album. And it's wild to me that people consider things like fear, suffering, and oppression to be political topics rather than universal human struggles that just so happen to stem from the powers in the political realm. It sounds like Sanctuary is going to be cathartic for so many of us. I wasn't so sure about the album title at first but now it's pretty clear that it's the perfect title for what this album is and will provide. 100% dude, also I think a lot of us know (even if it's only a recent knowledge) that everything is political. "Please don't make it about politics" is tantamount to "Please let me escape into my own fantasy world". That's nice but for a bit but fantasy requires delusion and lies... Ev have always been on the Truth flex so  as Amy has said somewhere, Ev's music isn't about escape it is about SANCTUARY. That's why I fell in love with it back in 2003 as a kid and have stayed in love - instead of just another thing to lie lie lie to me about what the world is, Evanescence spoke honestly about feelings, emotions, confusion, hope, dreams, love, faith, grief. Eep, yep, very excited for the new album. Bring it on!

If people didn't want political themes in their music, maybe they shouldn't have voted in an authoritarian into power in the country where Amy is raising her child? Maybe they shouldn't have stayed home in 2024 and done the bare minimum to protect our nation against a dictatorship?
But here we are now, and I'm glad Ev is rising to the moment.

Giving just enough to strengthen the hype! 2 ballads, one of which is How Do I Heal About Us has a badass hook Forever Without You was inspired by the Fallen-era band struggles, and per the director of The Seventh Turn, is a good representation of gaslighting and manipulation, so it's probably pretty obvious what or who this song will be about Wide Open Heart is the obligatory end-the-album-on-a-hopeful-note song I am so much more excited for this one than I had been about any previous release, which is saying a lot. I am so grateful that we only have to wait 6 weeks and not 6 months for this one!

Am I just a delusional fan by thinking there’s gonna be 3 or 4 extra songs on the deluxe? 😂 I don’t think that’ll happen. If extra songs, more likely is an alternative version or two, fight like a girl, the afterlife remix, etc. We will just. have to wait and see.
