TERMS OF SERVICE

• Kindly complete the VGen form fully as this will provide me all the information I need to decide whether to approve or reject the commission.• Please note that only the required fields must be filled out; nevertheless, the more details you can provide, the better.• Please make sure your model art is already cut/sliced down properly in PSD file format.• Whatever the reason, I am free to reject commissions. I'm not required to give any explanation for declining said commission.• Orders may be refused and cancelled at my discretion.• Please credit me wherever you may use your rigged model, such as Youtube, Twitch, Twitter and/or other web and media platforms. @Zyhiraeth• The Client is in charge of determining whether their hardware and software work with VTube Studio / VBridger and can run the program while streaming, recording, or using it in any other way. If the reliability of the tracking has an unfavorable impact on the rigged model, the rigger is not liable.• No refunds are available for fully rigged models.• Progress and Live2D work may be streamed, but only with the clients' consent.• When the commission has been completed, you will receive the runtime files necessary for model use specifically VTube Studio. This will not include the Live2D cmo3 file.

Payment and Refunds

• Clients may pay upfront• 50% in the beginning and 50% when you get the rigged model. In the case of the latter choice, the client will first receive a video showing the rig model, and then, after paying the remaining 50%, will receive the rigged model file• $40 reservation fee must be paid by clients in order to reserve a spot in the queue. Once an official order is placed, this will be deducted from the total price. There is no return for the reservation fee. A week before to the project's start, the remaining costs must be paid in full.• Only down payments will be eligible for refunds.• There will be no refunds once the rigging begins. The only situation in which a return would be possible is if I am unable to finish the work. Other than that, this rule will not be altered.

Revision and Delivery

• Revision No later than two weeks after the client receives the material, revisions must be made.• Up to three revision sets may be requested by the client within reason.• When the commission has been completed, you will receive the runtime files necessary for model use specifically in VTube Studio. This will not include the Live2D cmo3 file.• Extra doc file / Instruction video on how to set it up on your VTube studio / VBridger• The Live2D Rigger could take 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the size and complexity of the model that needs to be rigged.• The Live2D Rigger's working days do not include holidays (Philippine Holidays).• Unexpected occurrences like equipment failure and power outages, as well as emergencies, accidents, and natural disasters, may cause the turnaround time to be increased.• The Live2D Rigger must inform the Client of the current circumstances and the status of their commissions. The parties may agree to different deadlines for the commission.• Google Drive files will be automatically removed after 6 months to help free up space. Please make sure to download your files before then. If ever you deleted or loss your file and the google drive file is already removed, feel free to DM me to request a copy.

Base Pricing

Base prices may change depending on the model complexity.

Requirement

• The PSD file with layers already appropriately separated and segmented.• Should the artist be inaccessible for the purpose of revising the Model art, I must be granted the freedom to implement alterations according to my own discretion.
