To Our Valued Zona Guests,
First and foremost, I’d like to thank you for your support during the nationwide shutdown throughout this health crisis. I sincerely hope that you, your loved one’s and families made it through without serious incident. I know there are those among us that were not so fortunate, and our thoughts are with all the families that lost a loved one.
As we must inevitably prepare for reopening, I want you to know that our team has not rested during the shutdown and are looking ahead to welcoming you back.
The health and safety of our employees and guests is our #1 priority. We will be implementing practices and guidelines that, as of the time of this letter, have not yet been announced by our local and state governments. We know they are coming and are already preparing our team. We are committed to following those guidelines to the best of our ability.
During the shutdown we’ve conducted takeout, curbside and delivery to our guests. I’m sure you noticed that our staff has been diligent about sanitizing all surfaces, wearing gloves, masks and practicing social distancing. These practices and others will be no doubt be enhanced when we are permitted to reopen.
We know things will be different for you and us too, so it’s our sincere hope that we all take the changes in stride and be patient with each other. We will get through this transition together.
So, it is with this spirit that we say we’re both excited and hopeful that we’ll be serving you very soon at Zona 78!
Finally, I want to thank our staff who have been working during our limited services and especially those that have stayed home. We Americans inherently want to be working, engaged and productive. It has not been easy for anyone and I can’t wait to have all of us back together doing what we love to do and that’s serving our guests with Gracious Hospitality!
