I like Zoho as a service but the app has some issues. Zooming is completely broken (I'm using a OnePlus 6T) - when a message is scrolled down and I zoom in, it zooms and goes upwards away from what I'm reading. And once zoomed in, it's uncomfortable moving the message around as it can only pan vertically and horizontally and doesn't react well in general to horizontal swipes. Other email apps allow moving the message around like a photo in a gallery app, very smooth and intuitive.

And I'm done with Zoho. Apart from finding the inbox layout not very intuitive, the app inbox only updates every few days, or hidden in another folder, so I *have* to rely on the desktop version. And then not being able to reply to emails because they "looked suspicious" - even though it was a convo I'd already been having. But the last straw was nearly missing an important zoom meeting because the appointment email got sent to spam. Bye Zoho - alot of promise but poor execution

"It's decent, but feels a bit basic and boring. The UI isn't smooth, and it's slow to load on my phone. For the calendar, can you highlight important dates like Sundays and festivals like Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas– maybe with a circle or something? That'd make it more useful 😊"
