These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and ZF Solutions AB (reg. no. 559439-8116), trading as Zellify ("Zellify", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Zellify platform, website at zellify.app, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with materially inaccurate information.
You may not share, transfer, or sell your account access to any third party, or allow multiple individuals to use a single account, unless your subscription plan explicitly permits multiple users.
You retain all rights to the content you create through the Service, including funnels, pages, custom components, copy, images, and configurations ("Your Content"). Zellify does not claim ownership over Your Content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, process, host, and display Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. This includes rendering and serving your published funnels to your end users.
When your end users interact with your published funnels (e.g., completing quizzes, submitting forms, making purchases), data is collected on your behalf. You are the data controller for this end user data. You are responsible for:

Zellify enables you to collect payments from your end users through your own Stripe or Paddle account. Payments flow directly to your account — Zellify does not hold, process, or have access to your end users' full payment card details. You are responsible for:
Connections to analytics (PostHog, Amplitude, Google Analytics), entitlement sync (RevenueCat), CRM (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), workflow tools (Zapier, Segment), and scheduling (Calendly) are provided as-is. You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms and ensuring that the data you send through these integrations is handled in accordance with applicable laws.
Third-party integrations depend on the availability and functionality of those platforms' APIs. We are not liable for any downtime, API changes, rate limits, deprecations, or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms that affect the Service.
You may disconnect a third-party account at any time through the Service. Upon disconnection, we will stop accessing new data from that platform. Previously stored data is subject to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to help you build, optimise, and analyse your funnels and advertising performance. AI features include funnel generation from text prompts, component creation and editing, campaign analysis, and performance recommendations. These features are powered by third-party AI models (including Anthropic's Claude).
By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge that:
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Zellify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legal compliance of any AI-generated content. You must review all AI-generated funnels, copy, and recommendations before use.
Access to the Service may be subject to subscription fees, revenue-based fees, or other charges as communicated to you during sign-up or within the Service. Fee structures and tiers are subject to change.
Fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) and processed through our third-party payment providers. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Where your plan includes revenue-based pricing, fees are calculated as a percentage of revenue processed through your Zellify-hosted funnels. Revenue calculations are based on data from your connected payment provider (Stripe or Paddle).
We may change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including software, code, the funnel editor, templates, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all other intellectual property — are and remain the exclusive property of ZF Solutions AB or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
Zellify provides templates, pre-built components, and design assets within the Service. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely within funnels created and hosted on the Zellify platform. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell these materials outside the Service.
If you provide suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback about the Service, we may use it without restriction or obligation to you.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, data obtained from connected third-party platforms, and data collected through your published funnels.
By connecting third-party accounts and using AI-powered features, you consent to the data collection, processing, and sharing described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
You acknowledge that you act as the data controller for any personal data collected from your end users through your published funnels, and that Zellify acts as a data processor for such data on your behalf.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

Exclusion of indirect damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZELLIFY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, AD SPEND, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Cap on direct damages. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO ZELLIFY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).
Ad spend and revenue disclaimer. ZELLIFY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ADVERTISING SPEND, FEES, OR CHARGES INCURRED ON YOUR CONNECTED THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING ACCOUNTS, OR FOR ANY REVENUE LOSS RESULTING FROM FUNNEL DOWNTIME, PAYWALL ERRORS, PAYMENT PROCESSING FAILURES, ATTRIBUTION DISCREPANCIES, OR AI RECOMMENDATIONS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING YOUR AD SPEND, VERIFYING YOUR FUNNEL PERFORMANCE, AND REVIEWING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT BEFORE USE.
Third-party platforms. ZELLIFY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, INCLUDING ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, POLICY CHANGES, API DEPRECATIONS, OR DATA LOSS CAUSED BY THOSE PLATFORMS.
These limitations apply even if Zellify has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZF Solutions AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and may have additional rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws.
