How we use your data
The University will process your personal data provided in this online application form for the purpose(s) of processing your open day booking, to contact you with updates regarding the event and to facilitate any reasonable adjustments with parking and/or disability support services where necessary on the open day. The lawful basis for processing this personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.
In order to process this data, it will be transferred outside the EEA to be held on the server of the software provider for the booking system. Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any other third parties external to the University of Warwick, and will not otherwise be transferred outside the EEA.
Your personal data will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained from the time of the booking until 31 December of the expected year of entry, at which point it will anonymised. Personal data concerning disability will be deleted 30 days after the open day event.
The University of Warwick uses the information that you provide on this form to register you as someone who may wish to study here, when you wish to begin studies and your subject of interest. We also use the information to record where our potential future students live, how you heard about us, to communicate with you and keep you informed about events.
