I have to say that this year's sakuracon was a lot more fun then last year's asdjasid

Thursday
Not much happening here XD I went down to seattle with my parents and took my friend with me LOL we kept making stupid american jokes on the way down XD it was kind of terrible LOL oh dang, I don't have a picture for this day, ffffffff.
I can't believe I forgot to take a photo from the hotel room ): <
but yea, my hotel room was actually a 10min walk from the convention centre xD so I had to be relatively normal in the mornings and at night when I was walking back LOL 8D
At this point, I haven't started freaking out about meeting people just yet XD And I didn't have to worry about my parents at all, since they were going to be doing "tourist-y things" in Seattle ROFL

Friday
Ahhhh friday was the day I planned to do my Aqua; Birth by Sleep cosplay, so I was feeling pretty exposed and cold ;A; since her costume is backless/halter top and had detached sleeves and short shorts )': ~~no srsly I was freezing LOL~~ I used my scarf as a shawl for most of the morning

yea, LOL that stupid "emergency" sign next to me :C IDK the kh shoot was very random ahaha XD I lack a keyblade orz
OTL I DON'T REMEMBER MUCH HAPPENING ON THE FIRST DAY |:
I just remember wandering around with Amy who was Insane-Black Rock Shooter 8D very cool, I saw ppl perving on her the whole day ROFLROFL dang why am I lacking so much in the photo department OTL her cos was really cool, but I can't find any photos of her, wtf Amy

BUT THERE WAS HOW TO TRAIN A DRAGON COSPLAYERS ;A; s-so cute aiosjdoasid ;hearts
and a LOT of Panty and Stocking D8 most of them were really really hot ;A;
oh wait, have this pic I stole from somewhere xD I vaguely know the panty and stocking

I've been told that she was actually taking off her actual panties TAT IDK MAN, IDK

And then there was Naomi D8 I didn't expect to see her there, BUT THERE SHE WAS, JUST STANDING THERE LOL XD
oh, I TRIED TO LOOK FOR KAI |: but she was non-existent in the AA when I first went, BUT IT WASN'T JUST ME AND MY BLINDNESS THIS TIME, cuz Naomi couldn't find her either ahah. I found her in the end though xD, she was busy with her customers ;A; so I said I would come back the next day asdjasdasd

Dealer's had this booth that connected to niconico D8 it was kind of weird and cool LOL. IDK, the Japanese comments were kind of cute ROFL but for some reason there were a lot of English comments o__o
but yea the heels I wore this day weren't built for comfort, so my feet were protesting near the end of the day Dx so I changed out to a casual Chrome cosplay and had dinner, went to a Reborn panel, then went home after some hotel key fiasco with my friend's hotel and passed out LOL.

Saturday
Asaidajd KORUNEEEEE--!!! was pretty much my thought process for the morning LOL ASDHASD FINALLY GET TO MEET HER IN PERSON AFTER 2 YEARS AAHHH ;A; IDK why I never asked for her cell, gosh I feel so stupid now ROFLROFL OTL but yea, the day before, I hurriedly made a SOS lj post wondering where she would be, but since the only place I could check internet was at my friend's hotel room, my oportunities to check her responses were very limited ;A;

On this day I was Touko from Pokemon B/W in the morning LOL Korune was looking forward to this cos so much ;A; <3 she's so cute LOL looking forward to pokemon cos ahaha
my cos was highly inaccurate but omg that bag I sewed for her was so useful during the con <3 ahhhh I used it to carry everything XD ROFL 8D;;; And I found a N. that was actually a dude and tall so I hijacked him ROFL

AND I FOUND STARDRIVER COSPLAYERS AHHH ;A; they make me so happy ROFL <3 knowing other ppl like it as much as I do XD

At this point I still haven't found Korune ;A; so I go back to my friend's hotel to check my lj and to change to match Amy orz sorry Korune ;A;
I changed into DOLLS cosplay as Rami Aikawa, I borrowed the coat from my friend who did the cos the same time I was doing Touko ROFL and the wig from Amy. I admit I really like that big white trenchcoat cuz it makes me feel like a boss ROFL 8D
AND DURING THIS CHANGING PERIOD,
AMY TOOK SO MANY BLACKMAIL PICS OF ME OMG.
AMY. YOU ARE DELETING THOSE RIGHT? RIGHTTT?!?!?
And then I saw the bigillion messages Korune left me and I was like FFFFFF, 3PM!!! MAIN ENTRANCEEEEEE. I'M IN A WHITE TRENCHCOAT! LOOK FOR ME! Which I realise afterwards made me sound kind of like a flasher, whut.
But didn't realise that there could have been more than one main entrance orz orz so when I went back to check, I didn't see anyone that had the aura(?!?!) of being Korune? ROFL TBH I haven't seen many photos of her ;A; so I kind of hoping she would reconize me l-lol ;A; and she wasn't answering the texts I sent her ;A; so I was getting kind of worried that I won't see her this con Dx.

But I start wandering the convention hoping I would randomly come upon her in the general convention. Amy wanted to check out the speed dating panel, so we went to that area. We then saw a room with a reallllyyy long lineup, so we went to take a closer look and it turned out to be the speed dating panel. So we were half going to leave and just forget about the panel, but then the dude that was in front of the room was like "OH YOU TWO, you're at the front of the line" and I was really confused because dude, that huge line?!?! but as it turns out, the line was ALL GUYS ROFL and we were the only two girls outside |: But nevertheless, we went inside for a look and it was really crowded and stuff D8. Apparently I looked really horrified according to Amy ROFL and ran out of the room OTL. When we were walking back to the escalator, this guy asked for a photo and he was like "you two ran out of the speed dating panel really fast!" OTL I was embarrassed LOL aishfdoaisdj MAYBE NEXT SAKCON AMY, MAYBE. B|

But still no Korune ;A; asidjasd Amy wanted to go to the info booth to check out what photoshoots were happening, and omg ask about Area 7 of the photoshoots |: Freaking Area 7 D8< all the series we were interested in were in Area 7, but no matter where we went, who we asked, we could NEVER find that stupid area. Its like a cursed area, idk Dx
BUT THEN A GIRL COMES UP AND GOES "Nat..?"

though I think she got kind of bored with all the cosplay stuff I was doing LOL ;A; so she went back to her friends ahh, but we hugged AND PROMISED TO MEET UP THE NEXT DAY C8 so I felt accomplished for that bit of the con LOL

Then Amy and I went to see the Code Geass photoshoot LOL and we saw this really cute Suzaku 8D wait, I think I saw another pic of him somewhere...

After that, we went to dealers I think? idk my sequence of events is kind of messed up ROFL
BUT THEN WE SAW NANANANANNA BATMAAAANNN who wanted a photo with us ROFL which totally made me feel like a cool kid B)

On the way back to the Con from the restaurant, we had a mini-photoshoot with this photographer who was really pro omg ;A; he made us look cool standing next to traffic |: idk man, usually I feel stupid taking photos next to traffic ROFL so tourist-y xD

Then we had our own photo shoot in the dark and on some narrow ledge. ): met up with some of Amy's friends and they helped with the photoshoot in the dark XD
I'll resist posting more DOLLS pics LOL I kept doing stardriver poses in DOLLS ROFL

Sunday
Was Yukiko from P4 this day, winter version. I got Korune's good morning text XDXD I forgot to tell her, that yes its going to charge both of us for long distance ROFL
If anyone remembers, I did Yukiko summer version at AE xD

Umm not much happening today ;A; I met up with Korune with relatively no hitch, so it was all good xD
then I went on the search for other P4 cosplayers, which was a hard thing to do cuz the photoshoot was on friday LOL, whoops OTL
Korune pointed a few out to me, but they umm weren't pretty enough...? LOLOL oh gosh that sounds so bad ;A; orz

I did find a Chie though 8D I dove through the crowd to catch up to her, ahhh xD
and then we took myspace pics ROFL
that's right ROFL

And then shortly after I saw Kyoshi Warriors 8D

they look so boss, omg ;A; I showed my grade 12 english teacher this when I went to visit my highschool yesterday, and he was impressed too LOL

arghh then an incident with a Sakcon staff member kind of downed my Sakcon experience this year, BUT WHAT EVER, I think she was just cranky ahhh

THEN I HAD TO LEAVE, WHRRYYY ;A; orz NEXT YEAR I WILL STAY LONGER, ARGH

So a few days ago I was at the main campus of my school, all fine and dandy. There were a few ppl walking around with trays and such, asking people if they wanted some. The first time I walked past someone with a tray, I was on the phone, so I just took a fortune cookie and left.
An hour later....well, I was standing next to another guy holding a tray while I was waiting for my friend. Just when I was going to leave, the guy with the tray drops something, but he doesn't make any move of pick it up, so I grabbed it and asked if he dropped it. He awkwardly said yes. I looked at what he dropped. It looked vaguely like a teabag, except...flatter.
....so I asked him what it was......

BEHOLD IT WAS A CONDOM =___=;;;;;

It was International AIDS Day OTLOTL
My friend nearly busted a lung laughing at me while the guy with the tray looked mildly apologetic OTL Apparently, I looked pretty horrified OTL

Later in labs, I kept crashing into things and spilling chemicals OTL my Lab partner was very convinced that it was Not My Day, I'm inclined to agree TAT
MY LIFE, WHYYYYYYYYYY OTLOTL

Such is my life. Now for a self imposed seclusion. FINALS IN A WEEK AHHHHHHHH

So I was reading about the history of some of the Micronations and Microstates 8D YES it I was majorly hetalia-geeking OTL it's what I do best now 8D;;;;

While reading I came across some countries I've never knew existed 8D Like San Marino, which is enclaved by Italy~, whose flag is identical to Indonesia's flag other than the length and width of the flag LOLOL oh world <3 a great way to be confused <3

But then I started to read about actual Hetalia microstates micronations and their relations to established and existing countries....
OH LIECHTENSTEIN <3 so cute with Switzerland D8 he really is protective and spoils you LOL he burnt down your garden, but then paid for everything and planted everything again <3<3 of Switzerlanddd
LOL Switzerland deals with most of your foreign affairs and ALL of your dipomatic relations ANDAND totally takes responsiblity for your national defense (cuz you only had an army of 80 men back during the Austro-Prussian war anyways 8D) Switzerland also takes care of your customs :'D what a dotting brother, Vash :'D He represents Liech at all International meetings too, and everything that's Swiz applies to Liech too 8D aw
I do wonder why you don't get along with Slovakia, even though it's about the Beneš decrees back a million years ago (okay so it's more like....64 years ago, BUT STILL)....oh so it turns out that you don't really like Czech Republic very much either.....also over the Beneš decrees, but at least you guys are friends as of.....16 days ago ROFL oh dear =[

Then I started reading about the Taiwan-China issue, and got utterly confused for a second over the politically correct names of Republic of China and the Peope's Republic of China 8D (Taiwan and China respectively)
Now that's complicated, so back in 1992 they came to an agreement (IN HK 8D as it is neutral territory back in 1992, still British there~) that both parties agree on "One China" idea, it's just that they disagree on the defination of "One China".....aishhh...fail negotiation guys =_=
WanWan is reconized by 22 UN nations and the Holy See, which is like...the Pope over seeing the UN > >;;; what's religion have to do with anything, I don't know .___.;;; Any who Gege can now attempt an invasion of Taiwan in 6 days, contrary to the 6 months it previously was estimated to take. USA is pretty protective of Taiwan 8D so is Japan to a certain extent, this calls for fanart sometime soon :D
And Taiwan is really nationalistic, which is probably why she's so IN YOUR FACE to China in the comics > >;;; I say that Taiwan right now is independent de facto, but (unfortunately? fortunately?) part of China de jure (oh latin).

North and South Korea don't reconize each other, China(PRC) doesn't reconize Taiwan, Taiwan(ROC) isn't reconized by parts of the world (like what 22 UN countries, mostly in africa 8D and south americas ROFL), Cyprus and North Cyprus kinda don't reconize each other either.....
Monaco is reconized though 8D and has France protection, sweet~

AND OF COURSE THERE'S SEALAND ~~(which is really sad looking actually =_=, pretty ugly and rusty OTL)~~
