If you ever hear me talk about wigs, you should realize that I can't stop gashing about how great the wigs from JingBao is. Their wigs are all heat resistant and comes in a variety of colors and styles, even weft packs and different styles of clip ons to allow you full freedom in styling those gravity defying anime hairdos. They are my absolute favorite wig shop and it's sad that they so not do international orders.

Please realize JingBao's wigs are top of the line, and their price shows it. These are not wigs for any form of practice. Personally, I prefer them over Cyperous' wigs due to their stable quality and if you are lucky enough, in store try ons and examination before purchase.

Payment & Shipping:

Lina will be charging a small commission fee (10%) to cover for the currency conversion and the transportation fees. For shipping, she will mail everything to my house and I will disperse the items to the buyers, so if I need to mail items to you, you will need to pay me for domestic shipping (for those around NYC area, I can do hand offs). Payment will be through PAYPAL at the rate of $30 TWD to $1 USD.

Shipping would be calculated when we have a total of how much it takes to ship everything to me. So you will be paying for the items & commission fee. When the items arrive at my house, you will pay for the international shipping & domestic shipping if you need it. Items will not be released until I have received the shipping fees.

So it would be (Total in TWD)/30) + 10% + International Shipping (& Domestic Shipping if needed) would give you your total. All US domestic shipping would be done with Priority Flat-rates.

How to order:

1) Post the link to the wig you want, it'd be best if you can save a image of the wig in the style and color. But if you can't find the picture, I will work with you to determine which wig and in what color.

2) For contacts, just tell me which color in which brand you want and in what prescription.

3) Post in comments to tell me what you want and I will calculate for you the total and you will paypal it to Lina.

Gauntlet Tutorial

This is for kitsunesqueak, but since it also contains my progress pics... ya know.

Click on the images to enlarge them, and this is like... my first time explaining things so I'm not too good at it. This pair of gauntlet is one I'm making for Momohime, still unfinished.

First of all, pattern the pieces, that part varies on what yours look like. Anyway, once you have the pattern, cut them out. I use craft foam because it bends and curves (for stiff parts I just use thick stabilizers.) Cut one out wice for the base, then the frames and the pieces inside the frames on the arm.

I got about a yard of this very thin vinyl with leather texture. Because you will be wraping each pice with the vinyl, it's best to get it as thin as possible. The ones I got is about 1mm ~ 0.5mm. You can see the progressive wrapping from the long pieces, first glue it on the right side, put something heavy on top of it while it dries, then wrap the piece while you snip off anything extra. You don't need to care about how the back looks since you won't be seeing the back of the pice. As for the case, it's the opposite. Glue the piece facing down and wrap up. Again, no worry about the top as it will be covered. The frame would be wrapped but I haven't finished it when I was taking the picture.

When you have wrapped the pieces, test them out. Don't glue it down yet. Make sure everything fits before you glue down anything. Don't forget to add the silver nails on top of the piece before you glue it down.

The bottome pice. As you can see, I wrapped it the same way. Although you only need to cover the side that shows. I suggest you cover the back too. As you know... it's against your skin, have it nice ans smooth might feel better when you are wearing it. I will be glueing one of the sides together, that's why snaps are only on one side. And there are suppose to be four snaps on one side to better help it hold the pieces together.

This is the left gauntlet which is slightly farther in progress than the right. It's not ready to be assembled yet as I still need to get the purple vinyl, but you can see how it'll look like when nearly done.
