[tv shows and movies]
I'm finally up to date watching Merlin Series 2 and 3 in a 2 day marathon. Thanks to Suzi who hooked me on the show. Can't wait for Series 4.

THOR was good. Green Lantern was better. Transformers 3 was omg it was LONG. So sad they didn't add anything really towards the end of the movie, but after 3 hours (it felt like 3 hours) i guess they didn't really have to.

It's kinda sad, we've watched GOSICK from the beginning, and now we're at the end! *sob* its an excellent anime. People who like romantic/mystery/action should try it. DVDs and BluRays should be released soon straight from Japan...

Ao no Exorcist is a great action/supernatural anime as well. If you guys need to watch something, this is something good!

[cosplay and conventions]
Japan Expo and France Comic Con just came and gone, sad really. Apparently the cast of Merlin was there *sob* .. oh well. dun got a passport anyways.

Unsure if I will attend any other Cons till the next Anime Central 2012, but we'll see. Photography is my fave, but as my website is, i'm not motivated much anymore..

OOh just in case, I posted some of the DGM Photoshoot on the site - sorry if the colors look off, I did the photos on a monitor that was not calibrated (so it seems) thus they may look overly soft or off-color [used the JPEG image instead of the RAWs for speed] - this was the first photoshoot we've participated in, and more to come next year IF they can get the schedules straight :)

anyways, watched Naruto Shippuuuddeennnn and... man, feels like they're dragging the fights again as usual...

Bleach was interesting too - I won't go into detail. Jus go watch it.

TGIF!! Going to go watch CSI now (yesterdays, prerecorded).

Jus finished Bakumatsu .. did I tell you all that i did NOT see any cosplayers as Bakumatsu at ACEN... well.. the ending said it all.

Uhm, yeah, Jus wanted to say HI to all of the D-gRay peeps at the photo shoot. I was the cameraless guy ;/ [well, was cameraless :P] and L was the one with the camera :| ... yallz looked so nice there, felt awkward, D-gray is one of my faves.. and Yaoi D-gray is L's fave :X :X :X (women!)

Ugh, today is going good. So far. Kinda. I woke up kinda late- even though the alarms was set for 4:00am. URGH. Anyways. Yesterday me and my wife watched Phone Booth and Just Married. Phone Booth is kinda the weird ones- but then it was ok. Just Married uhm.. yeah.. Ashton Kutcher? :x He's not a hubby type- at least to me he isn't :P i'm not jealous or anything. Just.. no. If I was a girl, I couldn't married some doode who's like that :X but then enought of me being a girl :X just go listen to Yanger.NET's music. :X heh HAHAH anyhows, I'm not like that song. Urgh. Anyhows. Work work work. I have 3 computers laying at home... Needing to be fixed, got 3 clients waiting on projects and/or upgrades they have requested. URGH. and I'm getting phone calls now because of this new damned virus! I'm tired. heh

I woke up this morning to.. the cry of hamsters! :\ 2 balls flying all over the hamster tank :\ it's quite a pain to seperate them guys... unfortunately I seperated the 2 groups of hamsters i had with a cardboard block (urgh) and they dug through it! dang it! I want to give these hammies away. SOMEONE TAKE THEM FROM ME! JUST COME OVER OR EMAIL ME @ yanger@yanger.net and i will box them and USPS them to you (u pay the cost of S&H) I totally dislike them heh.. they're mostly adults now, that's why I don't think the petshop will want them, and they need friends who will teach them not to fight (like a human to play with them once in a while) urgh. All i want is my flip and maddock, their 4th set of kids [3rd set got eaten :(] and a few of the cute ones from the 1st and 2nd sets :| i'm just tired. I need to rest. can't hamsters rest! :\

Sorry it's been a while, been bz, will try to update as much as i can :P but here's something for all of you....:

Subject: Carcinogins
Carcinogens cause cancer- especially breast cancer. Try not to freeze your plastic water bottles (or any plastic container) with water as this releases dioxins in the plastics. Doctor Edward Fujimoto from Castle Hospital was on a television program explaining this health hazard. He is the manager of the Wellness Program at that hospital. He explained what dioxins were and how bad they were for humans (any any other mammel.)

"We should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers" Fujimoto explains, "... which applies to foods that contain fat. The combination of fat, high heat, and plastics release dioxins into the food and ultimately into the cells of our bodies."

Instead, he recommends using glass, Corning Ware, or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results without the dioxins.

So, things like TV dinners, lean cuisines, instant ramen cup noodles, and soups, etc, should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. Just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.

He said we might remember when some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons they did. To add to this: saran wrap placed over foods as they are nuked, with the high heat, actually drips poisonous toxins into the food, so use paper towels instead.

Funeral, Graduation...

Ahh.. what a day, a funeral and a graduation all in one, and both of them .. i couldn't really tell them how much i felt! URgh, they were both BUZY! - One was beyond life and the other was given the honor ceremony *sigh* i guess that's what life does... let's see how it went...

I DID NOT WANT TO GET UP TODAY (my wife agreed on that, not verbally, but you know, body language, not sex! urgh) I just didn't want to get up for some reason, felt shitty (can i say bad words in journals?) Ok, but mom (did I tell you we live with my mom, or actually mom lives with us) woke us up somewhat violently by knocking on our door. I forgot it was my friend's funeral, and she was being sent to Fond Du lac for cremation or something like that at 12pm, and it was 8. *sigh* well, my wife woke up first and then me.. hammies were running about, so i fed them (i dunno why the mommy keeps moving the 2nd batch around so much! - did i tell you guys my hamster had more babies? 2 batches now!) and we went to the funeral at about 10am heh.. and well wife had to *ahem* go to work, so i took her to work and went back to the funeral. it was a Christian funeral, so lots of singing and sadness (gladly no smoking or gambling) Her name was Hai Sheng Chang, she was 23. She graduated from South High with me in the class of '98. We will all miss her, as we miss Teng (he passed away a few months ago). Not sure what the circumstances were, but she was to be creameted and left in a thingymabobber for a while, then poured to the ocean or a lake. *sigh* Boi, i remember her back then, so kind and simple, unique and somewhat insecure... but she had a life. ok anyhows

Graduation. Subject: female asian hmong girl, 22 in age, graduated from UW-Milwaukee in the studies of MIS (i think) I remember when Vang was with her, and it was all cool back then.. and when Laly liked her too and stuff, but that's back in the 90s! it's the millenia so it's all different now. She's grown up (i personally think she's the same though, still the same Yer). oh her name's Yer Lor :P I also met Swannie and Mao (them dorks) and their bfs (even Yer's) but anyways tried to talk to her, but she got yanked back into centerstage. *sigh* we decided not to go to the party, but my wife got mad, and *urgh* is in her quiet don't talk to me else i'll bitch at you mood *sigh* (where do women get that from?) I'll jus lover her and wait for it to slowly pass (and it's very slowly sometimes *sigh*) ok, so here i am. writing. more info later. bye!

Ok, work is work, i work too much. I noticed my wife does update her journal anymore :( oh well :P i see her day to day :) so, what else is new... oh! i have a new batch of hamsters! 2 batches so far, first batch is now 4 weeks old, and the 2nd batch are 1 week old and growing fur! [but the first batch seems to be trying to "eat" the second batch :X] but anyhows, $4.50 ea! just email me @ hamsters@yanger.net. I've decided to move my site again! to another site. Working on where right now, wife won't be that pleased, but oh well, she's not updating her hp at all! :x so we'll see what happens in the future, july 4 is comming by, and we're gonna head up to st.p after i get off of work july 3 :x long drive, with NO AC! dang it, we must of used up the AC last summer *sigh* oh well, it's cool! Flip is doing great, she looks exhausted from breastfeeding the babies, but she's doing good! Maddock is getting beat up by the younglings :/ kinda sad, but I fend him! Ok. I am thankful for ailmong for giving me a code that works :) It feels good to be here. The main computer broke, so i'm sad. I will work on it today.
