This is the first tutorial for this community. I hope it helps someone with their icons in the futer. Tell me what you like and if you try it post your results :D
layer1: sharpen // Delete the beige stripe at the left
layer2: Duplicate layer 1 // Disaturate // Set Opacity to 50%
Go to adjust the Brightness (+19) and Contrast (+25)
layer3: Brush Tool (5) // Black on the eyes and lids and White in the edges
Set the Opacity 56% and in the same layer darken the lips shadows with black and whitein the teeth
and hightight on the lips.
layer4: Fill in (#020b2e) // Exclusion
layer5: Set Gradient to Soft Light
layer6: Set Gradient to Soft Light
layer7: Duplicate layer1 // Desaturate // Set Opacity to 70%
Layer8: Set Gradient to Multiply // Erase around the eyes with Eraser(65) at Opacity (35%)

Layer9: Grab this brush (made by me) and set it to Overlay
