Program: Photoshop (SC2) (will work with 7 and up)

Layer 1: Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen ... twice.
Layer 2: Take the blur tool ans smooth over any rough skin around the edges
Layer 3: Duplicate and set to screen at 100%
Layer 4: Duplicate the first layer again and set to Soft Light at 70% Opacity
Layer 5: Copy and Paste layer 1 and set to Soft Light at 50% Opacity
Layer 6: Fill a new layer with (cca470) color and set to Multiply at 100%
Layer 7: Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Brightness / Contrast : +40/-10
Layer 8: Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color
Reds:-5/0/+15/+18
Nutrals: +10/+18/-20/-15
Black: +12/0/-15/+30
Layer 9: Duplicate layer 1 and set to Soft Light at 50%
