How to make a zip file

I credit this for a friend but I thought I'd share it here.

Step 1: Open up My Documents (or where you store your photos on your computer)


Step 2: Go to the folder where you put your Shirley photos (in this case, I just went to one of my folders of photos.)


Step 3: Press the Ctrl button on your keyboard and the A button to select all of the photos in the folder.


Step 4: If there is photos or a photo that you don't want to include in the zip file you'll be creating simply hold down the shift key on your keyboard and left click once on the photos you want to leave out.


Step 5: Right click with your mouse on the files that are highlighted in the blue and go to about the middle of the menu that pops up and go to send to and then in the menu that opens after that, left click on compressed folder. (if the menu doesn't look exactly the same, don't panic)


Step 6: You should have created a folder.




Step 7: Now it's time to upload your folder. Open up your browser and go to http://www.yousendit.com/


Follow the directions on the page and you are done!
