Program: Photoshop (SC) (will work with 7 and up)

Layer 1: Sharpen once and blur the skin ^ already applied
Layer 2: Duplicate Layer 1 / Desaturate / Set opacity to 50%
Layer 3: Duplicate Layer 1 / Soft Light at 100% opacity
Layer 4: Apply gradient at 100% opacity // Soft Light
Layer 5: Apply gradient at 100% opacity // Soft Light
Layer 6: On a new layer take a deep green and go over her eyes .. then set to Soft Light
Then take a deep orange or black and apply on lips ... i also like to go with a soft eraser at 40% opacity and erase some of the middle.
Layer7: Duplicate Layer 2 // Set to Soft Light at 50% opacity
Layer8: Take the brush and apply in (#e2a06a)color // remove the narly thing over her eye or just flip it and use it on the side
Set an Outer Glow in (#fff2de) color also screen it and set Spread 17 and Size 5
Set the whole brush to Multiply
