Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before renting. By proceeding with a rental, you agree to all terms and conditions.
Liability Waiver
XT Robotics is not responsible for any injury, death, or personal harm resulting from the use or misuse of rented robots. All renters must sign a liability waiver before taking possession of any robot. Use of these robots is at your own risk.
Damage Assessment
All robots are inspected before and after each rental. Any damages occurring during the rental period will be assessed and billed to the renter. This includes physical damage, water damage, software corruption, or any other form of deterioration beyond normal wear.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before rental. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 business days after the robot is returned in satisfactory condition. Deposits may be retained partially or fully to cover any assessed damages.
Rental Agreement
All renters must provide valid government-issued identification and sign a rental agreement. The agreement outlines terms of use, return conditions, and renter responsibilities. Robots must be returned on time; late returns may incur additional daily charges.
