WHAT WE COVER WITH XPENG EXTENDED SERVICE MAINTENANCE?

This Plan covers an additional two (2) services at 20,000km/or 12-month intervals, whichever comes first. It provides the most comprehensive coverage of safety checks, service and maintenance work which are carried out at predetermined intervals, including:

  • Replace Reducer Oil, A/C filter element and brake fluid.
  • Multi-points inspection

  • Within 3 years Free Service Maintenance, mileage < 60,000 km
  • Vehicle registered before 1st October 2025
  • Not eligible: Vehicles already with 5 years Free Service Maintenance
Once payment is confirmed, there is no cancellation or refund.
  • Entitlement transferable to next purchaser if package remains valid
  • Each E-voucher limited to ONE (1) redemption per vehicle of same chassis number
  • Each E-voucher can only be redeemed once per service for ONE (1) vehicle of same chassis number
  • Voucher Code must be presented to XPENG Service Advisor during service
  • Voucher not exchangeable, non-refundable for cash, cannot be combined with promotions/discounts
  • Bermaz XPENG reserves right to amend Terms & Conditions without prior notice
  • Package valid for 5 years (or 100,000 km, whichever comes first). After expiry, unutilized service packages are void
