25 years ago today Tommy Boy was released. Miss that guy a ton.

It was an honor to call Steve a teammate. He was a Hall of Fame player. He was tough as nails. He was a kind and caring, gentle giant of a man. One of the all time greats, on so many fronts. RIP Mongo ❤️🙏

I wish we were talking to JD today, not about him. We all loved Jeff Dickerson dearly. We will miss him terribly.

Great return, long run, get into red zone, bring in your mobile rookie, solid play, take him out on 3rd and 1(ideal spot for him) commit a penalty have to call a TO cuz clock is running out and throw a pick. That’s why I sit on my couch and weep. It just doesn’t make sense.

Significant QB progress. At this point thats what matters most.

Bears’ personnel moves are certainly up for debate. NFL receiving 10 billion + per year in TV revenue and the league doesn’t guarantee life time health insurance for vested veterans who need it... that’s more puzzling to me.

    Replying to @KyleBrandt
That’s a life lesson not just a football coaching moment! Bravo!!

Usually keep this stuff off social media. Just learned Dr Michael Schafer passed away. He helped put me back together when my body was broke. He helped when my daughters were hurt He answered ever call. He was one of the most selfless and generous people I have ever known.

And, I respect the hell out of how 10 handled this today. Hard worker, great teammate. Just hasn’t been consistent enough.

Quinn perfect fit opposite Mack and on same front with Hicks and others will be frightening for opposing QBs. He’ll provide what Floyd has not. Professional pass rusher.

Coach made a decision he thought was best for his team. He trusts 9 to run the offense he wants to run. 9 may not always get the ball there, but he knows where it’s supposed to go. Always. Trust between a coach and a QB is paramount. Still a lot of improving to do.

Beyond impressed. Coach and QB perfect match. 10 has been fantastic. Would love to have the fade back, but he looks great. Hope the rest of the season goes same way the first 15 minutes went!! That was fun!!
