    Everyone pull over because we have some serious shit to say. As many of you have seen on social media, Rabia Chaudry is currently being bullied and harassed by Mike Boudet of Sword and Scale, and has been a target of his for a very long time. In addition to being as problematic as you can get (goog it; the internet has receipts for days) he is actively harassing Rabia and is encouraging his listeners to do so. His threats are based in racism, misogyny, and delusion, and what is happening is well past the point of “well, people are trash on the internet” - a sentiment we don’t even have time to get into right now. These endless and public threats are not only illegal, but something to take seriously.
    We as a podcast, and as individuals, want to make a few things clear: 1) We stand by and support our friend Rabia. 2) Standing up to this kind of bullying, stalking, and harassment transcends any opinion on the unsolved murder of Hae Min Lee including but not limited to Adnan Syed, Serial, Rabia’s book, or your favorite Reddit thread on the topic. This is targeted, public harassment. It’s dangerous and needs to be addressed. 3) We are not afraid of Mike Boudet.
    So I’m sure you’re asking what you can do to help! We suggest reporting Mike Boudet and Sword & Scale on all platforms (we already have) and tagging @TwitterSupport and @TwitterSafety about the issue. This can be as simple as retweeting something from Rabia, or another tweet that mentions these accounts. And we know we don’t need to tell you this, but this is not a call to stoop to their garbage level. This is a real threat and it needs to be addressed. This isn’t a stupid troll war. You know how we talk about always knowing where That Guy is in a bar or at a party? This is it.
