- Great advice from MLB HOF Pitcher Goose Gossage. Goose says the wind up engages the bigger stronger muscles and creates rhythm and timing. He also thinks arm injuries are up due to pitchers not using the wind up. Very insightful conversations with him this weekend. Great guy!
