    We finally have a national 3 digit number for people experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal ideation. Mental health is health, so just as we have an emergency number for physical health emergencies, we now do for mental health emergencies.

    It is a tragic night for our Algonkian community. After a home explosion on Silver Ridge Drive, Loudoun County Fire and Rescue announced the heartbreaking news that one firefighter lost their life in the explosion. In addition, nine firefighters and two civilians were injured.
