This is Bangalore in India. Don't know why @gemsofbabus_ didn't make a similar post on Bangalore Metro when the city gets flooded within two hours of heavy rains. Bangalore first needs some basic drainage system before building metros ! And Indians first need adequate(1/2)

This is Bhagalpur in Bihar. The current metro area population of Bhagalpur in 2024 is 5,15,000. Yesterday, Bihar government approved Metro Rail Service in this city. The city does not even have proper roads and drainage system. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This factory came to Bihar after closing its plant in West Bengal. It shows then improving the business friendly environment in Bihar ! Having said that, a lot needs to be done, and a lot needs to be corrected for Bihar to make it compete with states like Gujarat or Maharashtra.
