- On Saturday, I joined the Hands Off protest in Dallas. I chose D.E.I. for my sign. As I walked from my car, I saw this MLK memorial wall. We must keep fighting for social justice. We must keep D.E.I. programs & other ways to right institutional & societal injustice!
- As a child watching the National Guard roll into my city, I saw their rifles then yelled "It is war!", running through the streets. From personal experience... Escalation causes more fear & division. Let us respond with peaceful solidarity. There is no "them", there is only US.
- Replying to @Wildthing90006Get out there in the real world & protest, call your representatives, fight for free speech. I support freedom of all speech even what I vehemently oppose. But this platform has algorithms hide topics, promote others, no fact checking, listed toxic by many anti-hate speech orgs.
- Replying to @slave105Thank you. As a BDSMer we all know that safety comes first. So it hurt to delete 10 years of work here but the is exactly why I did it. To stand by my principles not just talk about them.
- Replying to @leskoridzicI look at it this way: If I was at a play party where there was nobody checking to make sure people are safe (what we call a Dungeon Master/Mistress)….I would leave.
- No safe space means fact checking, anti-hate speech monitoring and no algorithms promoting or demoting posts based on political view.
