- It's an old Chinese muscle and vessel relaxation technique that is meant to stretch out the cells so that they become more flexible and relaxed. The old method of heat isn't recommended anymore as it can cause problems. The modern version of simple suction is used in PT instead.

- Yep. My family's previous home is currently almost 200% more than what it would be worth if only inflation was applied. Combine this with the fact that only condos and mansions are being built these days, it's no wonder millennials aren't moving, me included.Even realtor dot com suggesting homes are overpriced now?
