00:00 - Life in a snow globe with about 5-7 feet of new snow since Saturday. And it's still absolutely dumping!
00:00 - 15 feet in 6 days...AND IT'S STILL DUMPING! High winds forecast for today - wind & weather holds in effect.
- With the deepest snowpack in the country and most season snowfall to date (over 446” at the summit), we’re sending it straight to the 4th of July, or longer!
00:00 - DUMP ALERT! Over 4 feet in 24 hours and it’s still dumping.
- Another 2-3 feet of snow brings the current storm total to 79-117”! That’s just about 10 FEET since Saturday. 🚨Main Lodge and @JuneMountain will remain closed today due to blizzard conditions. 🚨Snowfall, strong & damaging winds are expected today with clearing skies Wed/Thurs.
- Woolly in a fresh winter coat this morning. Over 6" of new snow fell overnight at Main and over a foot at the summit. Heavy snowfall expected throughout the day and night!
- It’s official – more snow has fallen in January than any other month in Mammoth’s recorded history with 246” (over 20 FEET!) #mammothstories
