It is still early on the #Bitcoin lightning network, but once businesses realize that they can reduce transaction fees and improve their profits by 2.5- 3.5% by cutting out Visa or Mastercard, what do you think will happen?

Same feeling I had when I realized Lance Armstrong was a hypocrite.
By manipulating money to ensure prices continually rise, the current monetary system is creating modern day slavery for vast portions of the population.
If it feels like you’re working harder but can’t save enough to escape, you’re correct.

Which contributes more damage to the environment?
A) An inflationary monetary system that MUST "grow" forever (and will manipulate money to ensure it)
or
B) A system that fixes A. (and as a byproduct, drives a renewables industry faster.

Can you imagine telling your kids one day that you didn't stand up for a technology that empowered individual rights and freedoms and set the world on a path to abundance, so that you could gain or keep more control?

It's surreal that we've created a world that requires people to literally gamble on where to place their money to avoid it losing its purchasing power.
And then people wonder why problems of the world are escalating.
