If you go on an 16-18 year olds Twitter account to bash them about what college they choose to attend and play football..... YOU ARE A LOSER

From being a college teammate, to being an assistant on his Hammond staff for 17 years, to watching him fulfill his dream today. Good luck to my friend @ErikKimrey in his first game as a @GamecockFB coach. Good luck buddy!!! Go Cocks

Good thing Clowney didn’t opt out when advised not to play his junior year. Clowney even chose to play in the Outback Bowl after being advised to sit out. Interesting the #1 pick chose to fulfill his commitment to his team and university even as projected as number 1 pick.

Hats off to @CoachSBeamer for building a love and togetherness culture with his players and their families in a money driven, win at all cost business. College football coaching is a tough profession. It’s actually sad what it has become over the past ten years.

Recruits.... if you think your high school coach is the reason you aren’t getting recruited... you’re wrong. Your HS coach has the obligation to College Coaches to be honest about your academics, work ethic, commitment, attitude, and leadership.

Spurs up!!!!! @CoachWMuschamp and staff have always made ALL former players feel welcome to come back home.
No matter where you go when you leave, you’re always welcome home.

My son began his school sports career this year. He was part of three teams and cut from one. His role on all his teams was in a reserve roll. He was part of a team. He learned valuable lessons. He worked hard. He was held accountable. He was happy.

Don’t commit to a school because of a coach, commit to a school because you fall in love with the school.

Today, society is making it where being on a team is no longer a privilege, playing time is no longer earned, coaches are to blame, kids are not held accountable, & winning doesn’t matter. In return, we expect young student athletes to be prepared for what life throws @ them. 🤔

Nothing better than putting on the pads and beating the undefeated, trash talking 7 vs 7 team from the summer, by 40.

Coaches.... Don’t stress about the kids who aren’t there. Develop the committed ones who are there to take the place of the ones aren’t showing up.
