    We’re Feeling extra proud of Katie today. Katie suffers from FND (Functional Neurological Disorder).She's had a very tough couple of weeks after recently suffering a seizure at school.But came back today & smashed her personal training session.Awesome work Katie. We've got this💪🏻

    Wishing my mate @jameshaskell all the best on @imacelebrity he’s always supported me and I saw he got some stick on here and I wanted to say he’s the last person to make light of disability. He’s an amazing ambassador for my Foundation and I hope he becomes king of the Jungle!

    Absolutely buzzing today.6 months ago Dan was struggling badly with his transfers. To point he couldn’t do it. NOW he’s smashing it.From his continuous gym sessions.Over the last few months his strength,body shape & determination has grown.We're all so proud of you mate.

    RIP Doddie, one of life’s great characters. He was a big man with an even bigger heart. He truly believed in getting busy living after his MND diagnosis and we will all continue to support his legacy in finding a cure for this cruel disease.
