We are launching a Draft Countdown Discord!
Please join to talk NFL Draft, College Football, NFL and more!
We would love for anyone to hop in and hang out with us throughout this season:
Ohio State DE Chase Young will be the best player available for the 2020 NFL Draft, but shouldn’t go #1 if a QB-needy team has the top pick. It’s quarterbacks, not pass rushers, that separate the good and bad teams in the NFL.
The Dolphins should be a much better fit for Lynn Bowden, Jr. than the Raiders. Bowden can now move back to wide receiver where he’ll be a nice complement to DeVante Parker and Preston Williams, plus provide the Miami offense with a much-needed playmaking dimension.
I think we can officially drop the level of competition concerns with St. John’s (MN) OL Ben Bartch. More than held his own at left tackle against top SEC pass rushers like Terrell Lewis of Alabama and Jabari Zuniga of Florida in the first Senior Bowl practice.
I once rode an elevator with Bill Tobin at the Senior Bowl. We were making small-talk and he asked me what I did. I hesitated before telling him I analyze the draft. He was very nice. I almost asked him to record a “Who the Hell is Scott Wright” for my voicemail.
U.T.E.P. OG Will Hernandez was already one of my “prospect crushes” and #14 overall player regardless of position coming into the @SeniorBowl week. He was even better than I expected.
St. John's (MN) OT Ben Bartch isn't being talked about enough as one of the top small school prospects for the 2020 NFL Draft. Former TE with an ideal frame, a terrific athlete with nimble feet but also aggressive and a finisher who plays with an edge. Reminds me of Eric Winston.
#SFBX!!!
Even though this will be my first time playing in the acclaimed Scott Fish Bowl I’ve long admired my fellow Minnesotan @ScottFish24 and all he does for kids with #FantasyCares.
Thanks so much for the invite! 🐟
Potential Top 50 pick who has strung together two excellent seasons together. Certain NFL teams have already been showing strong interest in Ridder. The Senior Bowl could send his draft stock way up!
The Miami Dolphins don’t need to hit on all of the first round picks they’re stockpiling, only one. A quarterback. Once that happens everything else will fall into place.
